Our in-depth training sessions focus on troubleshooting processes and day-in-the-life scenarios to increase productivity, as well as reduce errors for operators learning how to use the new system. Our train-the-trainer model, a combination of traditional classroom-based instruction and hands- on learning, was specifically designed to maximize engagement and employee adoption. COMPREHENSIVE ENGAGING THE BASTIAN SOLUTIONS DIFFERENCE04 01 03 02BASTIAN SOLUTIONS TRAINING CAPABILITIES CATALOG |6 The technical training team’s involvement begins during the sales phase through quoting the training effort based on the system scope and customer requirements. Trainers create their materials based on the project scope and functional specifications documents. Materials could include presentations, agendas, cheat sheets, test questions, and more; materials are reviewed by the site team. The training coordinator and project manager conduct an internal kick-off call followed by a customer kick-off to review the training timeline and customer training success checklist. Trainers arrive onsite for in-person training and lead training sessions. The customer signs off on the training agreement and timeline. The customer assigns the system expert(s) along with other training attendees. The customer designated system expert(s) take the written and practical portions of the system expert exam. All training materials and user manuals are provided to the customer to conclude training. The training process begins during the sales phase, re-ignites during project execution once the scope has been locked and is in full swing with onsite training a few weeks prior to a customer’s system Go Live. The steps below detail the main processes the technical training team takes in preparation for a customer training. PROCESS7 BASTIAN SOLUTIONS TRAINING CAPABILITIES CATALOG | LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Learning Management System (Beta Testing Now, Opening Summer 2024) Bastian Solutions is releasing a new tool as part of it’s technical training offerings - an online Learning Management System (LMS). This online platform offers self-paced micro-courses and allows learners to have long-term access to reference materials. Courses are customized to the project scope, made available before in-person training and available after project site Go Live as a continued reference tool. As a training material repository, the LMS will house all of the site specific documentation, including training PowerPoints, troubleshooting guides and equipment manuals. — Self-paced courses — Courses such as: Introduction to AutoStore, Controls Acronyms, Exacta 101 and more. — Leverage courses for refresher training or new employee ramp up.8 BASTIAN SOLUTIONS TRAINING CAPABILITIES CATALOG | Benefits Training is key to developing the skills and knowledge needed to ensure a warehouse runs smoothly. Following training, System Experts will be the go-to in house resource for our Customers, equipped with resources and knowledge on processes to operate and maintain their system, along with how to contact the Support team for further troubleshooting assistance. — Minimum of (1) System Expert per shift — Participate in all training sessions — Pass both the written and practical System Expert exams — Observe the installation and testing of the system through job shadowing of site resources — Participate in the Functional Specifications Document (FSD) creation System Expert SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS RECOMMENDED INVOLVEMENT SYSTEMS EXPERTNext >
