TOYOTA PRODUCTION QUALITYTECHNOLOGY Sortation Sortation systems are often employed when high quantities of products need to flow to different destinations for further processing or shipping. Sorters are the ideal solution for separating products from in-feed conveyor lines to shipping lanes, palletizing operations, packing stations and other sortation applications. Sorters are versatile and can sort a wide range of product sizes and weights to multiple divert lanes.888.725.3046 | BASTIANSOLUTIONS.COM 9 HRT MBS SORTATION HIGH-RATE TRANSFER The High-Rate Transfer (HRT) was designed for high throughput as well as small items. It features rollers and transfer belts on 2.25” centers and can handle rates up to 40 cases per minute. It uses inline belts along with pop-up rollers to divert items 90 degrees. The transfer is powered exclusively with 48V DC servo motors so there is no need for pneumatic lines to be installed. It works well in all transfer applications but was specifically designed for high-rate transfers within pick modules. OVERVIEW - Capable of achieving speeds up to 350 feet per minute - Throughput rates reaching 40 cases per minute - Ideal for use in pick modules - Great for small cases (down to 6”L x 6”W) - Low-maintenance, very robust - All electric (non-pneumatic) - Quiet operation SHOE SORTER Maximize productivity with high-efficiency sortation that isn’t a hassle to maintain. It features high rate transfers, pivot wheel diverts, and belted roller bed direct current transport conveyor providing bidirectional sortation of up to 90 cases per minute. The modular, all-electric nature of this sorter allows an unlimited maximum length.
